Shipping policy

Online orders will typically be fulfilled within 2 days of the order being placed.  Orders placed outside of normal store hours will be ship once the store reopens. The cost of any shipping rates are added to a customer's order at checkout. Shipping rates will be determined by distance and size of the shipping parcel.  Customers will receive tracking information once the order is fulfilled.  Please contact page@sunbernnc.com with any further shipping questions.
